Q.        Do you offer certificate after training?

A.         We offer certificates of completion respective of the program you have trained in. The certificate talks about you wherever you present it thereby helping you avoid the word-of–mouth.


Q.        It looks like the training period is short, is it possible that I will have learnt everything that I want within that time?

A.         The time assigned to each program was professionally tested and experimented and proved to be enough for even the slow learner. Learning goes hand-in-hand with passion, so, so long as one is passionate about what she/he is learning, the designated time can be even more than enough.


Q.        Some internet cafes do allow flash disks and memory stick; do you allow them at your internet café?

A.         At SETITech we are protected and also ready to protect you too. So we don’t care which external storage device you have just plug in.


Q.        Can I use my laptop, Ipad, or my smart phone on your Network?

A.         We have got a Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) to enable you our customers use any of your wireless devices while in our Internet Café.


Q.        At what time or days do you work?

A.         We are open all days of the week, from 7:30am to 10:00pm and Sunday from 10:00am to 10:00pm.


Q.        What is the cost of designing a website, why don’t you put it here??

A.         The costs of designing a website vary depending on the content you have, to know more please come to us at our office or contact us through the contacts below.


Q.        Why do you keep saying ‘Free...,’ “Free Computer training”, “Free website”. Free everything, how do you benefit from ‘Free”?

A.         Free is really free here, nothing is behind the word. We have a free version of computer training where the trainee is given training in introduction to computer systems at no charge but that is in case he or she is offering any other training program therewith. Otherwise Introduction to computer system is payable when studied alone.

            There is also a version of a website where we ask for only the building/designing costs and there after no more costs of hosting or domain name, thereby making it free.


Q.        Can you connect me outside if I want to work or live outside Uganda?

A.         No, we do not have that service here yet though we can recommend some websites where you can find such services and then you make your own choice.


Q.        Do you sell computers?

A.         We have laptops for sale, used ones and new ones and the prices are negotiable and vary depending on the laptop specifications, contact us and get to know more.

What Is a Network Name?

What Is a URI?
A URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) names both local and remote Internet resources similar to URLs.
